In every primary Actions Window within Server Administrator, you will see the
following buttons in the upper right corner: Print, Export,
Email,
and Refresh.&nbsp;

The following table explains the function of each button.

 <td width="30%" valign="top">Print</td>
 <td width="70%" valign="top">Prints a copy of the open window to your default printer. </td>
 </tr>
 <tr>
 <td width="30%" valign="top">Export</td>
 <td width="70%" valign="top">Saves a text file
 containing the contents of the open window (the values of each data field
 separated by a customizable delimiter) to a destination you specify. See the Server Administrator User's Guide for instructions on
 setting the customizable delimiter.</td>
 </tr>
 <tr>
 <td width="30%" valign="top">Email</td>
 <td width="70%" valign="top">E-mails the contents of this window to your designated
 recipient. See the Server Administrator User's Guide for instructions on configuring your
 Simple Mail Transfer Protocol (SMTP) server.
 NOTE: E-mails can contain
 attachments. Select the
 check box if you are attaching a file to the e-mail. All attachments are
 added to one .zip file, although they appear as .html files.
