<p>Use this window to view details about the service agreement or service call for a
problem component. This window is used by system owners who contract with an outside
business for system repair.</p>

    <td width="70%" height="21" valign="top" align="left">Whether the service contract was

    <td width="70%" height="21" valign="top" align="left">Type refers to the name or feature
    of the system covered by the service contract. For example, <em>Installation Service</em>,
    <em>Maintenance Service</em>, <em>Return Service</em>, <em>Gold Service</em>, <em>Premier
    Service</em>.</td>
