<p>Use this window to track maintenance records for your system.</p>

<p>The <strong>Maintenance Information</strong> window includes information for the
following fields:</p>

    <td width="70%" valign="top" align="left">The date that maintenance begins.</td>

    <td width="70%" valign="top" align="left">The date that maintenance ends.</td>
  </tr>
  <tr>
    <td width="30%" valign="top" align="left"><strong>Provider</strong></td>
    <td width="70%" valign="top" align="left">The business entity that provides maintenance on
    a system.</td>
  </tr>
  <tr>
    <td width="30%" valign="top" align="left"><strong>Restrictions</strong></td>
    <td width="70%" valign="top" align="left">Any exclusions that apply to the maintenance
    agreement for the system.</td>
