<p>Use this window to view and edit information about a leased system.&nbsp;</p>

<p>The <strong>Lease Information</strong> window includes information for the following
fields:</p>

    <td width="30%" valign="top" align="left"><strong>Multiple Schedules</strong></td>
    <td width="70%" valign="top" align="left"><font color="#000000">Indicates whether the cost
    of leasing the system is computed by more than one rate schedule.&nbsp;</font></td>
  </tr>
  <tr>
    <td width="30%" valign="top" align="left"><strong>Buyout Amount</strong></td>
    <td width="70%" valign="top" align="left"><font color="#000000">Indicates the amount of
    money you would have to pay to own a system you are leasing.&nbsp;</font></td>
  </tr>
  <tr>
    <td width="30%" valign="top" align="left"><strong>Rate Factor</strong></td>
    <td width="70%" valign="top" align="left"><font color="#000000">Displays the factor used
    to calculate the lease payment.</font></td>
  </tr>
  <tr>
    <td width="30%" valign="top" align="left"><strong>End Date</strong></td>
    <td width="70%" valign="top" align="left"><font color="#000000">Displays the agreed upon
    day, month, and year that the lease is no longer in force.</font></td>
  </tr>

    <td width="30%" valign="top" align="left"><strong>Fair Market Value</strong></td>
    <td valign="top" align="left"><font color="#000000">Refers to an arrangement
    that allows a customer to purchase systems at the end of the lease for its then current
    fair market value.</font></td>

    <td width="30%" valign="top" align="left"><strong>Lessor</strong></td>
    <td width="70%" valign="top" align="left"><font color="#000000">Displays the name of the
    business entity that is leasing the system to the user.</font></td>
